This document describes available Event Codes that appear in Bopup Messenger and Bopup Observer IM client software and provides advanced details and possible resolutions for each event.

An Event Code is displayed above the program icon in the System Tray area, it is a balloon hint that contains a short description of the event.

Code #125. You are not able to establish a connection because the IM server could not authenticate you. Verify your logon ID and password, if possible, and try again.

Description:
This error appears when Windows Authentication or Private login/password mode is enabled on the IM server. Your authentication failed and the server cannot accept your connection.

Resolution:
Verify that you correctly typed your IM account name and password and try to connect to the communication server again. If the event appears again, contact your system administrator.

Code #126: The communication server is currently busy and cannot accept your request. Try to perform your operation later. If the error persists, contact your system administrator. Code #127: The timeout of your request to the server expired. Your operation cannot be completed at this time. Code #129: Internal SQL error occurred on the server. Contact your system administrator. Code #130: Secure engine error occurred. Code #131: Internal error occurred. This error may relate to memory leaks. If the error persists, contact your system administrator. Code #132: Cannot connect to the Instant Messaging Server. Verify the server address in the Connection Setup Wizard. Code #133: Windows Sockets internal error occurred. Cannot send the request header to the remote client. Code #134: Windows Sockets internal error occurred. Cannot receive a response from the remote client. Code #135: Your IM protocol version is not supported on the remote client. Code #136: The messenger cannot be started normally. Error occurred while starting the local server to receive instant messages. Code #137: You are not able to establish a connection because the IM server license does not support such number of active connections. Contact your system administrator. Code #138: You are not able to establish a connection because the IM server license expired. Contact your system administrator. Code #140: Your current IM session is invalid. You have to reconnect the messenger client to be able to send and receive messages. Code #141: You are not able to establish a connection because your IM account is not found on the server. Contact your system administrator. Code #142: You are not able to establish a connection because your IM account is not found on the server. You may create your own account using the "Tools\My account..." menu. Code #143: You are not able to establish a connection because your IM account is disabled on the server. Contact your system administrator. Code #144: You cannot edit your own account information because it is set as read-only on the server. Code #145: The user is not found on the server. You are not able to send messages and view this user's details. Code #146: The recipient's account is disabled. You are not able to send messages and view this user's details. Code #148: You are not able to establish a connection because your IM account is currently used on another computer. The server options do not permit concurrent connections for the same account. Contact your system administrator. Code #149: Specified account name is found on the server. You cannot create account with the same name. Change your account name or log on with another credentials. Code #150: The messaging group is not found on the server. You are not able to send messages to this group. Code #151: You are not assigned to the specified messaging group and not able to send messages to this group. Code #152: You have no permission to send messages to the specified messaging group due to the Group Policy. Your rights are restricted by administrator. Code #153: The messaging group is currently disabled. You are not able to send messages to this group. Code #170: Your Contact List is not organized. Run the My Contact List Wizard from the "Tools\Organize Contact List..." menu to build your contact list. Code #172: There are minor changes in your Contact List because some users have been added or removed on the IM server. Run the My Contact List Wizard from the "Tools\Organize Contact List..." menu to organize your contacts. Code #173: Your Contact List should be reorganized due to major changes on the IM server regarding your permissions. Run the My Contact List Wizard from the "Tools\Organize Contact List..." menu. Code #174: New users are available on the IM server and can be added to your contacts. Run the My Contact List Wizard from the "Tools\Organize Contact List..." menu.
